Over the years Bob has worked with many lenders to ensure his clients always had great programs. Part of his customer service included sending pre approved clients to local Realtors so they could find his clients their dream home. But after a few years Bob started worrying his clients wouldn't get the top rated service they deserved by sending them to local Realtors.
That is when the Koetsier Team was created.
Bob produced an all-in-one location where clients could not only Buy or Sell their home, but could get their financing under the same roof. Since 2009 Bob has teamed up with Private Mortgage Wholesale Inc, which is licensed with over 32 different lenders. Bob has also teamed up with Morse Realty to complete the real estate transactions. Since 2010 Bob has added 8 Realtors that cover the entire area of West Michigan. The Koetsier Team has discovered that by having an all-in-one shop, we are in full control of what is happening with the entire process. Compared to the tradional "find a Realtor, then find a lender, and hope it works out". The miscommunication that occurs can be the reason a Home Buyer doesn't get into the house of their dreams.
